Assault Android Cactus

Indie twin stick arena shooter with 4 player co-op.

Overview

Assault Android Cactus is a top-down dual-stick shooter which supports up to four players in local co-op. The player(s) fight their way through various arenas, keeping an eye on their dwindling battery power, watching for environmental traps, and evading enemy attacks with dodge rolls. There are nine characters to choose from, each of which play differently.

The game was originally released on PC, Mac and Linux in 2015. It was ported to the PlayStation 4 the subsequent year. A Wii U version was in development but later cancelled.
