Valet Parking 1989

Zordix developed this DSiWare game about driving and parking cars set in the late 1980s, when valet parking was all the rage.

The game is played using the stylus as the car's guide. The game is a time-management game where you must react to a constant stream of customers either parking or retrieving their cars. There is a certain amount of skill involved in controlling the cars, sliding into and out of parking spaces while trying to assess which customer to serve next.

The game is set in a neon lit California and has a storyline about a young man trying to make a career and a living between strange movie stars and a horrible boss. The game have a music score that is reminiscent of hits of the 80s and featured heavily in the marketing. The game is heavily reliant on 80s tropes and people and most characters in the game is an amalgam of several real stars.
