Resident Evil 7 biohazard

Six years after the events of Resident Evil 6, newcomer Ethan receives a message from his presumed dead wife to reunite with her at the residence of the reclusive Baker family. The game features a first-person view and a return to traditional Survival Horror mechanics.

Overview

Resident Evil 7 biohazard (or Biohazard 7 Resident Evil in Japan) is a survival horror game that is due to release worldwide on January 24, 2017 by Capcom. The game is the first game in the main franchise to be played from a first-person perspective and the first game to take advantage of the PlayStation VR support in the Resident Evil franchise.

Teasers

On June 14, 2016 Capcom released the first playable teaser titled "Resident Evil 7 Teaser: Beginning Hour" was released to Playstation Plus subscribers. The teaser takes place in a dilapidated house with a male character trying to escape.

The second teaser was simply titled "KITCHEN" was released alongside the launch of PlayStation VR on October 13, 2016. Taking place in a kitchen you find the character's hands tied and watching events unfold in front of you.

A third teaser titled "LANTERN" has been playable at some gaming conferences but has yet to be released to the general public.

Capcom later confirmed that the teasers take place before the game and are standalone experiences and will not be included in the full release of the game.
