Far Cry 5 is the fifth numerical entry in Ubisoft's Far Cry series developed by Ubisoft Montreal with support from Ubisoft Toronto, Ubisoft Kiev, Ubisoft Shanghai & Ubisoft Reflections. Like the games before it, Far Cry 5 takes places in an open world setting. Far Cry 5 Arcade

In addition to the more "traditional" single player campaign the game will include a free map editor called Far Cry 5 Arcade. Players will be able to create and share small maps that can offer single player, cooperative and multiplayer objectives. Assets from other Ubisoft games Far Cry 4, Far Cry: Primal, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag & Assassin's Creed: Unity are available for players to use to construct their maps and challenges.

Whilst Far Cry 5 Arcade is a separate mode from the main campaign, aside from the main menu, the Arcade mode can also be accessed from arcade cabinets found within the main game throughout the map and can earn in-game money and other rewards.
