Outrage

Outrage originally started development in 1990 and won a publishing deal with Boeder & 64'er magazine after a game development competition, but the company stopped focusing on C64 games before it was published. Development was resumed in 2001 with a planned 2005 release, which again fell through, but the game was eventually completed in 2020 and published by Protovision.
