Xena: Warrior Princess - The Talisman of Fate is a 3D historical-fantasy fighting game developed by Saffire and published by Titus for the Nintendo 64 in North America (on December 14, 1999) and Europe (on December 17, 1999).

The second game based on the fantasy television series Xena: Warrior Princess, Talisman of Fate is a freeform 3D fighting game featuring many characters from the series (each with the likenesses of their original actors). In addition to the standard one-on-one fare, it features four-player combat (similar to Wu Tang: Shaolin Style and Power Stone 2).

The story involves a tournament made by the gods to determine who can control the titular "Talisman of Fate", which controls the fate of the world.
