PC Nancy Drew is helping Rose Green, a friend of Hannah's, renovate an old Victorian mansion into a bed and breakfast. After arriving, Nancy finds out there have been a lot of mysterious accidents that have severely slowed the renovation process.
Nancy soon meets several people that are also helping with the house. Abby Sideris is a friend of Rose's. She is a psychic and believes there are ghosts haunting the mansion.
