Overview
Kishi Densetsu ("Knight Legend") is a World War II strategy simulation game released for the Sega Mega Drive exclusively in Japan. The goal of the game is to lead a Nazi German panzer division to victory through a number of scenarios set in the European front of the war. Players assign units orders and then those units carry them out in real-time, from transport to fighting enemy troops. The timer is active whenever the player isn't giving orders, so they need to be alert to sudden enemy appearances.
The game was never localized officially but did receive a fan translation in 1999. Its title was translated as "Panzer Commander".
